# Hosted Games modifications

This deployment is based on doublespeakgames/adarkroom commit
`1fada4620b6c66bd07bf15a3f1eb8223df8bc1d7` and remains licensed under the
Mozilla Public License 2.0. The upstream license is included as `LICENSE.md`.

Modified 2026-08-11 for `games.adamrobertson.ca`:

- removed Google Analytics and the remote jQuery request;
- removed social-sharing, app-store, and cross-promotion actions;
- enabled the browser game on touch devices;
- added a touch direction pad and a fixed-width mobile viewport; and
- linked attribution to the site's local license page.
- namespaced saves and language preferences so this game cannot read or erase
  another game’s browser storage.
- added recovery for incomplete or invalid room temperature/fire save values.
- replaced legacy `eval`-based state access with Content Security Policy-safe
  object traversal.

The corresponding modified source is published with the hosted game.
