How to Play Hearts ✕

Hearts is a trick-taking game for four players. The goal is to have the lowest score. Play continues until a player reaches 100 points.

Each ♥ heart is worth 1 point.
The ♠ Queen of Spades is worth 13 points.
Shooting the Moon: take all hearts and the Queen of Spades to give every other player 26 points instead.

Each round begins by passing 3 cards (left, right, across, then no pass).
The player holding the 2 of Clubs leads the first trick.
You must follow the led suit if you can.
Hearts cannot be led until they are "broken" (played on another suit), unless you have only hearts left.
No hearts or the Queen of Spades may be played on the first trick.
