Third-party notices

The catalog combines adapted open-source projects with a preserved Flash title. Local modifications remove advertising and outside runtime dependencies, improve compatibility, and integrate the games into this family site.

• Baba Five Dice, based on alexanderteinum/nano-dice at commit b17bcd4. MIT License.
• Pancake Flipper is an original project by Adam Robertson, deployed from local base commit 80b23db with the current working refinements. MIT License.
• Mini Golf Mania, based on LCmaster/minigolf at commit 213bb04. This local practice edition removes account, analytics, profile, community-campaign, and level-editor runtime access. MIT License.
• Pixelquarium, based on jjochum-code/Pixelquarium at commit 4405d02. Remote fonts were removed and the interface was adapted for touch screens. MIT License.
• Classic Estate, based on 5968qqq/classic-estate at commit 44f25ab. Familiar branded terms were replaced with generic estate-game wording. MIT License.
• Heli Attack 2 is a 2003 Flash game by Squarecircleco, originally published by Miniclip. It is preserved here without advertising for archival and personal use; original rights remain with their respective owners. It runs with Ruffle 0.5.0, available under MIT or Apache 2.0.
• Whale Wash is an original HTML5 canvas game created for Baba's Games, with four original Blender-authored whale characters and baked-in progressive cleaning states, synthesized sound effects, and generated sharing artwork.
• Daily Five, based on lynn/hello at commit 835db05. The word lists are derived from SCOWL 2020.12.07. MIT License; SCOWL notices.
• Square Up, based on avihirschx/Square-Up at commit 974be08. MIT License.
